In biology, localisation of and interaction among proteins define their functions and activity. These information can be assayed experimentally and extracted from public databases. In this talk, I will present two use-cases, using Bayesian inference and deep learning, to infer protein sub-cellular localisation from experimental data and publicly available annotation.
